みなさま、こんにちは！
本日は、Teachers Evaluation（先生評価）シートについてご紹介します。
ここSMEでは、月に１回、１；１のマンツーマンと１；４または１；８のグループ授業を担当してくださっている先生の評価を行います。
評価項目は、全部で１５項目、５段階評価で評価します。また、自由にコメントを書くことができます。
◆Teachers Classroom Management
My Teacher is...
1.is always prepared
2.gives simple and clear instructions
3.has clear pronunciation
4.knows the lesson well
5.corrects my mistakes
6.gives me enough time to talk
7.speaks English all the time

また、学生一人ひとりにSA（Student Assistant）という学生生活全般についてサポートしてくれる先生が各自につきますので、
このシートをもとに簡単な面談が行われ、SMEでは授業の改善がその都度行われています！
なお、この月１回の面談の時でなくても、いつでもSAの先生は相談にのってくれます♪
